Operating Partner & Founder
With nearly 20 years of hands-on industry experience in metalworking, business development, and management, Greg is the steward of the MMC vision, driven by the objective to bring more value, care, and speed to the industrial metals, manufacturing, and distribution industries. For the last five years, Greg’s focus has been on optimizing operations and customer service processes for a small Service Center and now looks to apply a set of experientially-determined best practices to a consolidating marketplace.
William K. Lundy
William K. Lundy joined Boustead Securities as Managing Director in 2019 and brings over 35 years of experience in investment banking, investment advisory, and institutional money management. Mr. Lundy began his career working for General Electric in Houston, TX and launched his investment banking career in the mid-1980s with Cruttenden Roth bringing venture capital to emerging growth companies via structured financings including private placements, strategic partnerships and IPOs. Additionally, Bill worked in an investment advisory capacity with corporate pensions and high net worth individuals and moved to Shearson Lehman Hutton practicing institutional money management. In 1992, Bill launched his own firm, Capital Management Internationale, as a full-service investment advisement company providing corporate financial, M&A and growth financing services to both public and private companies through a broad network of equity and debt funds. Mr. Lundy heads up the Auburn Alumni group in Orange County, CA and graduated from Auburn University in 1979. Bill also attended law school at South Texas College of Law from 1983-to 1986. Mr. Lundy Holds FINRA Series 3, 7 and 63.
Corporate and Commercial Legal Counsel
Matthew is the Co-Chair of the Canadian Manufacturing Sector group at Dentons and the former Department Manager of the Dentons Canada Business Law Department in Toronto. Matthew practises in corporate and commercial law for numerous public and private companies, including entrepreneurial and start-up companies, with a focus on the manufacturing and alcohol sectors. Matthew practices in several specialized areas: corporate and commercial (including joint ventures, reorganizations and complex commercial agreements related to supply, distribution, manufacturing, and promotion), advertising and marketing regulation, including comparative claim substantiation, negotiating sponsorship agreements, advising on marketing, and advertising to children, and advising on contests, promotions, and other Inducements, public and private mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance.
Service Center Expert
Mr. Bellisario has over 25 years of steel service centre and processing experience and was the President of a leading Ontario steel service centre company. Mr. Bellisario was responsible for taking his previously owned Service Centre to $90M in annual sales during a ten-year period.

A strategic business and marketing professional with more than 20 years of business and professional experience in numerous industries focused on providing business advisory and marketing services, with clients ranging from start-ups to multi-million-dollar medium-sized enterprises. George specializes in systems and dynamic concept integrations. As a solution provider who takes a global view of operations, he helps create a solid foundation for the direction of the business and holds a strong vision for the success of all team members. He is the author of The Serious Business Owners Guide to Double, Triple, Quadruple Sales,acclaimed by business owners in many industries.
Technology, Industry, and Recruitment Advisor
Akbar Khowaja has been in the metals distribution industry for over 10 years and is an expert in inventory risk management. Akbar helped numerous Metal Service Centers increase their “earns & turns” through business process improvements, technology applications and data analytics. He is passionate about solving complex procurement problems through AI and machine learning. He is currently serving as GM-North American Sales for MetalNetworks.ai, a disruptive and robust distributor marketplace platform. He holds a Masters degree in Engineering & Management from Case Western Reserve University.
For 37 years I have been involved in the HVAC industry, working in almost every segment and aspect of that industry. From junior sales positions to working as a Territory Manager for a major equipment manufacturer and developing New Dealerships in various regions for that manufacturer. While working with the distribution corner of the industry, I found myself concentrating on the Dealer Development area of the industry. Having a passion to help the dealers get better at marketing, selling and general business strategies, I started taking extensive business training courses. These courses were not only excellent Dealer Enhancement Programs, they were what this dealer segment needed to move the needle on bonified customer caring, service-minded, profitable companies. I like to consider myself as a ‘learn it all, so I can be helpful and constructive for those in the industry who want to learn how and where to introduce incremental improvements to drive increased profitability. After attempting to bring this advanced thinking to the distribution segment of the industry, yet with slow acceptance, SellingWorx Plus Inc. was born.
