Matthew is the Co-Chair of the Canadian Manufacturing Sector group at Dentons and the former Department Manager of the Dentons Canada Business Law Department in Toronto. Matthew practises in corporate and commercial law for numerous public and private companies, including entrepreneurial and start-up companies, with a focus on the manufacturing and alcohol sectors.
